  15. A few of my friends have died in car crashes. And I've seen a few
  16. strangers die in crashes I've stopped to attend, the last two a couple
  17. of months ago in a high speed head-on crash due to overtaking on a
  18. blind bend (i.e., not having finished overtaking by the time the bend
  19. came up, deciding to carry on rather than pull back). Screech wallop
  20. scrape tinkle bleed moan die. Nasty.

  25. I did and I have. I only ride motorcycles and bicycles. Cars are too
  26. dangerous. They tend to kill other people, whereas motorcycles tend to
  27. kill only their riders. The morality of motorcycling is impeccable: if
  28. you make a mistake it is most likely you who will suffer for it. And
  29. not having the resources to avoid the idiot who suddenly turns into
  30. your path without warning counts as a possibly fatal mistake.
