- Below the sweet spot at around 8k rpm, dogs. Hit the sweet spot with the
- grip wound open, and you alway got a wheelie. Basically an on/off switch.
- Both the H1 and H2 I had wanted to be run wound out all the time.

- Yes. It would chug like a locomotive getting underway and suddenly the sound
- would change to a bumble bee hum and your arms would stretch instantly.

- What brakes? They faded the third time you used them hard. From then on,
- you used the gear box to brake. Cornering was, as you say, not something
- one talks about. Sort of like a taboo subject, afraid that talking about
- it would put a curse on you the next corner you went around. My H2 started
- to shake its head one fine Sunday morning the first week I had it, going
- around a fast sweeping corner in the NY countryside. The shake became worse
- as the swingarm flexed, and before I knew it the tires skipped three feet
- sideways in unison and I almost ran off the road, even though the shake
- started with me on the centerline of the road, already almost straightened
- out and just starting to stand it up. I sold it the next weekend.

- AF> Think Peace.
-
- Any modern machine is peaceful compared to the bumble bee express.
