  20. How are your gearbox seals?  and the seal around the transmission boot?
  21. Maybe pull it off and check for holes.

  23. Check the transmission breather bolt - this is the one that holds the
  24. earth strap to the gear box.  It is supposed to have a hole bored down
  25. its center.  If blocked the transmission seals will begin to leak
  26. faster, which will put extra oil down into the shaft housing, and
  27. if those seals are worn into the final drive and out holes.
