  23. Guys, guys, guys.  It depends on the state (of the Union) you are in.  In at
  24. least one that I know of (Va.) the issue of statutory rape involves the age
  25. of the male.  If I remember correctly the underage female has to be at least
  26. two years younger than an underage male for the statutory rape charge to apply.
  27. I think it might even apply the other way around, but I'm not sure.  i.e. you
  28. can charge a female with statutory rape of a male.
  29.    This is pretty hazy in my memory because I read it in the newspaper sometime
  30. and it has been a while.  I am very sure about the 2 year difference part.
