  19. Coincidence?  I think not.  I call for an autopsy, followed by a full
  20. criminal investigation, if necessary.  Should charges be filed, I will
  21. spearhead the movement to run the dog down and bring him to justice
  22. (mob or otherwise).  Start by checking his pockets for the oil drain plug.
