- I seem to remember reading a technique article in FineScale Modeler some
- years back. The guy was using the wrappers from Nestle's Crunch bars
- (not those NBA commemorative bars though - they have a paper backing
- on the foil. Use the silver kind). For an adhesive he used the 3M spray
- adhesive thinned with lacquer thinner. (At least I THINK that was the
- adhesive). Personally I use BareMetal Foil, which comes with an
- adhesive backing. Only two problems with BareMetal foil - 1) it's a bit
- expensive and hard to find. 2) The adhesive has a limited shelf life.
- I recently had to discard an entire sheet of BareMetal that was only
- 1 year old. Stuff wouldn't stick at all. Bummed me right out.
