  13. First, my apologies for the FAQ being posted so late this month.  It is
  14. now ready and being posted, though.  The FAQ is now in 5 (count 'em, 5) 
  15. parts.  It was broken up for a number of reasons.  There is a lot of info
  16. in the FAQ, and using 5 parts keeps them all in the 500-1000 line
  17. range.  It also makes it easier for multiple people to edit.

  19. Part 4 of the FAQ was originally prepared by Jack Hagerty.  He 
  20. deserves thanks for taking the time to write this (excellent!) new section 
  21. on Payloads.

  23. As always, comments, corrections, suggestions and great ideas are always
  24. welcome.  Flames to null device, please.

  26. I hope to get the next posting out around 15 December.
