- First, my apologies for the FAQ being posted so late this month. It is
- now ready and being posted, though. The FAQ is now in 5 (count 'em, 5)
- parts. It was broken up for a number of reasons. There is a lot of info
- in the FAQ, and using 5 parts keeps them all in the 500-1000 line
- range. It also makes it easier for multiple people to edit.

- Part 4 of the FAQ was originally prepared by Jack Hagerty. He
- deserves thanks for taking the time to write this (excellent!) new section
- on Payloads.

- As always, comments, corrections, suggestions and great ideas are always
- welcome. Flames to null device, please.
