- Hi everyone....
- Some time ago a netter was asdking about a gyro small enough to fit
- inside a large HP rocket. well I found one!!!!
- I've sent for info .. not recieved as of this posting.
- for those interested the Mfg is:
- Gyration Inc.
- 12930 Saratoga Ave
- Saratoga, Calif. 95070
- (408)-255-3016
- According the Pop.Sci (dec 92 pg 74) this little beastie
- is 1.2 oz with a size of a can of film (35mm?).
- the Gyro uses a photodiode and led scheme so the electronics must be
- seperate from the unit. The first use will be a mouse for multimedia
- and presentation appilcations on a compuer platform..So looks like
- some interfacing software is involved..
- Inovator ALERT......
- Micro-proc on board guidence systems for j and up units looks like fun..
- Thought I'd pass the info
- With the speed of a photon bye...R.White
