  13. A thread on CompuServe has indicated that the Tripoli board has decided
  14. to change the confirmation process to include a written test and to
  15. break up the confirmation into several levels.

  17. It appears that there will be at least two levels of confirmation, one
  18. for H & I impulse class and one for J and above.  Both will require a
  19. written test and a flight.  There will be a one-year phase in period for
  20. current confirmed individuals to make arrangements to take the tests,
  21. etc.
