- Yes, they are. There are also 'one-step sparring' drills, and
- more elaborate multi-step staged sparring sequences, but
- these are not generally called forms. Two-person forms, like
- solo forms, generally consist of anywhere from 30 or 40 to
- upwards of 200-300 attacks and counters, performed in
- various combinations (depending on the individual form) of
- armed and unarmed.

- I quite agree. I have seen some very exciting performances of
- the Xingyi two-man set by some of Sin The's senior students.
