  19. of Mr. Ted Hedlund... The head of Swedish Shotokan.  
  20. I do not have Mr. Hedlund's address with me, however you could call
  21. JKA Chicago (Sensei Sugiyama) where Mr. Hedlund used to train, the 
  22. phone # is 312-472-2244.  I'm sure Sensei Sugiyama keeps up with
