- Yes, it's sound quite fast progress. Comparing with ITF in Finland
- you need to have three months between graduations in color belts,
- and when you graduate first black belt, one year is required after
- the red one or half an year from red to red with stripe and an other
- half an year from red with stripe to black. So, in theory it takes
- two years to get black belt, but in practice it takes about three to
- five years.

- BTW I have my graduation next month and I try to get 3. gup, but
- in practice it's going to be 4. gup I get (hopefully), now I have
- 5. gup. It's two gups/year, so two years to go before black belt.
