- I train just the opposite, my hand will strike the opponent just before
- my foot hits the ground. When doing a lead jab for instance, the
- hand starts in motion towards the target first then the feet. This will
- cut down on telegraphing the punch. With the hand stiking just before
- the front foot plants into the ground no power is being lost or
- disapated into the ground.
