- Yeah, the thing about headbutts is, you can't "condition" your head
- without risk of rattling your brain too much.

- I saw a Paul Vunak tape which also said the crown to the face is
- the preferred method. I saw him do the headbutt against a grab.
- The attacker grabbed Paul, who pushed down on the guy's elbow.
- This made the attacker's upper body move forward, and at the same
- time Paul slammed his head into the guy's face.
