  24. Well... I can speak from personal experiance, Mr O is quite a formidable
  25. opponent. :-) I have sustained many bruises by his hands with my full
  26. diligence and effort to prevent him from doing so. His quiet unassuming
  27. manner belies his strength and power. He has been for years and continues
  28. to be a training role model, I hope that I am as good when I reach his age.
