- This is getting dangerously close to, if it is not already, prohibited
- commercial use of the Internet. While some particular subnets of the
- Internet permit commercial use, many of the important "backbone"
- subnets, such as NSFnet, prohibit commercial traffic. IMHO, such a
- service as you propose could not be lawfully provided at the current
- time. I would not advise setting up such a service, since it might
- subject you to litigation if one of those subnets I mentioned earlier
- decided to go after you.
