- Just a couple questions, How does the instep kick deliver more "raw power?"
- And would it really be intelligent to strike with the metacarpals and
- carpal bones? some of the most fragile and delicate bones in the body?!!!!
- Not to mention the greater number of nerve endings on the top on the foot
- equaling greater pain.
