- Well, yes. Seems to me that a whip (horse or buggy) *used* to be a
- common tool. After all, the phrase is evidence. So, are there any
- styles that teach...umm...non-recreational whip techniques? You know,
- that could *really* hurt someone, as opposed to...uhh...well, are there?
