- My only reference on this topic ("Iron Palm in 100 Days", by Lee Ying-arng;
- a most quaint little book) also goes into the necessities of meditation
- and chi cultivation (among other odds and ends). Deviation from the proper
- training can result in harmful side effects, and the book has the
- obligatory Story Of Someone Who Did It Wrong, and suffered ill health as
- a result.
