  12. Tom Bennett left the job of Secretary Treasurer due to the time involved 
  13. and personal reasons.  The 2 jobs require a significant time commitment 
  14. and holding down full time work plus the combined Secretary/treasurers 
  15. position and family commitments is not realistic.  Hope this answers your
