- One way to learn to do 4 is as follows.
- The simplest 4 ball pattern is where none of the balls cross over.
- So.. practice 2 balls in one hand. Right hand, balls go clockwise i.e.
- inside throw, outside catch. Left hand - anticlockwise.
- Stand infront of a wall. Throw the balls so they stay the same distance from the wall.
- Once you can smoothly do this with either hand, try all four at once.
- The key is that the throws are alternate left,right,left,right...
- and equally spaced in time.
