  12. This is a first try at posting something on the network.  Although I get 
  13. lots of mail directly, and read the daily articles (responding to some 
  14. that I feel qualified to answer), I have never posted.  Hope it works.

  36. beware, every complaint should come with a solution that you are prepared 
  37. to help impliment.

  40. offerred to help me post things and give me help as I delve into the
