  16. 2) APFAQ: Why is it called the 'green golfball joke'? Well, obviously, calling
  17. it the 'glass eye joke' would give the game away so green golfball was best
  18. name. Would've thought red would've been more appropriate (blood) unless
  19. gangreen had set in (not surprising really!). More likely explanation: the
  20. woman had green eyes, but this was taken out in later version 'cos it gave away
  21. the punchline too early. Not sure how makeshift the version I passed on was.
