- # #To answer your question, I've only seen a few malfunctions with other
- # #people's
- # #Glocks. They were as follows.
- # #Front site fell off. (Model 17, early U.S. shipment)
- # #Magazine lips bent or broke. (again early U.S.)
- # #Jammed. (guy insisted on using lead reloads in violation of Mfgr's
- # #warning)
- #
- # This is unacceptable. My 1911A1 will feed Round nose lead reloads
- # FLAWLESSLY and it has never had ANY feedramp or throat work of any kind.
- # It also feeds semiwadcutters with only an occaisional jam (less than 1
- # in 100).
- #
- # Is it possible to get a feed job done on a Glock to let it run lead bullets??
- #
- # If not, maybe the colt &/or clone IS a better gun?
-
-
- FYI, I've fired over 1000 rounds of 125 grain lead realoads through my
- Glock 17 and have never had a single misfeed or jam. Just my $0.02 worth.
