  14. I think it seems straightforward: if you (or someone else) is not in
  15. immediate danger, you are unjustified in shooting. If the intruder is
  16. advancing toward you, and is clearly capable of doing you (or family 
  17. members) harm, then you migh have justification to shoot. If he
  18. ignors you and walks out the front door, then I expect you should just
  19. wave goodbye.
