- I think it seems straightforward: if you (or someone else) is not in
- immediate danger, you are unjustified in shooting. If the intruder is
- advancing toward you, and is clearly capable of doing you (or family
- members) harm, then you migh have justification to shoot. If he
- ignors you and walks out the front door, then I expect you should just
- wave goodbye.
