- I had a friend some years ago who claimed his mother (a German)
- cooked horseradish like baked potatoes, and served it the same,
- with melted butter.

- Glasshouse Works had (has?) a variegated horseradish. I have seen it,
- and the variegation is not "true", that is some leaves have it,
- and some don't. So, to keep that feature, you would prabbly have
- to keep cutting out the non-vareigated parts. Still, it would be
- more interesting than the plain old variety.
