- Well, I saw an add for a new SNES game that uses the SuperScope.
- Seeing as I had gotten bored with the cartridge that came with the
- scope, I ran out and bought it.
-
- It cost out $50 CDN, and it's not bad. It's not nearly as good as
- Zelda III or SFII, but not bad for a scope/shoot'em game.
-
- The idea is to battle it out with an ST (I forget what it stands for)
- which is basically a human in battle armor. The hero (you) is
- revenging a defeat your father suffered in a previous battle. You and
- the bad guys (seven or eight of them) race back and forth through
- ravaged Earth cities, trading laser blasts and missles.
-
- It is an easy game though, or at least the first version is. What's
- neat about this game is that after you "win" the game, after the
- credits is a screen reveiling a code to allow you to "play the real
- game".
-
- The code is L-button and Select while the title screen is up.
-
- This allows you to select between Low/Med/High difficulty, and the Low
- is harder than the first version.
-
- Overall, I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
