-
- Not so much a sequel, as another video pinball game. The action is much
- smoother, and the playfield is larger. The main playfield scrolls in all
- directions, and is roughly the size of three Devil's Crush fields layed
- side by side. The bonus rounds also scroll up and down now.
-
- A time travel motif is used, with each bonus level representing a
- different time zone. Some of the bonus levels use different play mechanics
- too - flippers tilt to redirect the ball path, etc. I played it for a
- bit at the Summer CES and loved it. (I ranked it highest of all the video
- pinball games at the show.) I predict pinball purists will hate it.
-
- The game is supplied as a Turbochip. Just as well, I'd consider a CD
- or SCD pinball game overkill. Now if they'd put out a multi-pin CD... ;-)
- The new EGM has some nice screenshots if you're interested.
