  10. I just got nethack for the pc from linc, installed it and tried to play.
  11.  Unfortunately, it has the most god-awful color scheme.  I looked in the
  12. group and in all the filed I found, plus the spoilers, and I couldn't
  13. find any way to fix this without completely turning off the colors
  14. (color:off or somesuch in .cnf).  Is there any way to fix this without
  15. hacking the source and recompiling?  I've played Larn & Moria and this
  16. looks fun, but I can't stand the damn colors...
