  13. While playing a Barbarian I've noticed that even with intrinsic teleportation
  14. you cannot teleport with ^T.  However once you reach experience level twelve
  15. you *can* teleport with ^T.  Having teleport control has no bearing on this.
  16. Can anyone verify this?
