- The spoilers say, and the general consensus is, and personal
- experience confirms that having a high Wisdom Stat increases your
- chance of pleasing your god. Except I had a Caveman the other day,
- who, on sacrificing two tiny monster corpses of no real value, recieved
- both Sting and Excalibur. This guy's Wisdom Stat was just 4. Yet
- his first two sacrifices got him two artifacts, one of them a very
- useful one. My question is: was this just very good luck, or is
- there something in the code that gives folks with _really_ low
- Wisdom Stats a boost? Or perhaps Cavemen have a special "in"
- with the deity-types? Anyone know?
