  18. It's accessable via modem.  You call (voice) 1(800)SIERRA-1 and ask for
  19. a free sign-up kit.  This includes the software and three free hours
  20. to check it out.  The manual has a directory of local access numbers,
  21. which you select once, and then the software dials it automatically for
  22. you thereafter.
