  10. I have started the first game on the new judge (judge@morrolan.eff.org) and
  11. to keep in the spirit of things, it's called "first".

  13. Also to keep in the spirit of things, I would like to keep this game to
  14. judge newcomers ("firsts") only.  This will help newbies learn about how
  15. to use the Diplomacy Adjudicator without feeling intimidated by experienced
  16. players.

  18. If you are interested, get the help file from the judge (use 
  19. judge@morrolan.eff.edu).  Send "help" (no quotes) in the body of the text
  20. to the previous address.  Once you get the feel of things, signon to "first".
  21. Feel free to mail me to ask for more help.

  23. If there is interest, I'll start a second game with newcomers only.
