  29. First off I wouldn't be too happy with partner
  30. for the 1NT overcall.  So, "Thank you, parther."
  31. Looks like my only chance is if west has KQJ of clubs and AK of diamonds.
  32. So I would hold up on the first club lead.
  33. If a second club is led (i.e., the Q) I'll take it
  34. and hope to ruff out the J for a diamond pitch.
  35. If that doesn't work I'll play AK of spades,
  36. fu    ruff a spade (oh yea, I've pulled a couple of
  37. rounds of trump by now)
  38. and exit with the final club.
  39. If it works I should get either
  40. a sluff and ruff or a diamond
  41. lead from the AK.
