  31. Ferts are tricky things to defend against, and the vulnerability makes a
  32. lot of difference.  In this situation, I think it's important that you
  33. state more precisely what your agreements re: fert defense are.  Does
  34. South's initial pass imply or deny anything about point strength?  Is
  35. your double penalty, optional, or takeout?  etc.
