  13. Which race do you think has the best heavy cruiser in the game?

  15. I maintain that the D7 is the best cruiser in the game. It's varients are 
  16. very powerful and while the standard cruiser doesn't have a lot of one turn 
  17. crunch power it has enough manueverablity to defeat most opponents.
