- If they have not been oiled, they have very few calories indeed. In fact,
- not enough to bother to count, unless you tend to eat several. And they are
- fairly nutritious. What you are eating, after all, is straight lentils. A
- fair bit of protein, a fair bit of complex carbohydrate, not a whole lot of
- fat.
