- Specifically, I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. Everyone I grew up with had
- saurkraut with turkey dinners. The school cafeterias and restaurants, etc.,
- in the area still include saurkraut. No one I know that hasn't grown up
- here has ever even considered the idea.
