  15. One of my regrets, after leaving Post Cereals/GF, is that I didn't try
  16. to write down the ingredients.  I did have to sign a non-disclosure
  17. statement upon employment with GF.

  19. My wife and I were very close friends with a couple in Battle Creek,
  20. the husband having been my former next-door neighbor in Cincinnati when
  21. I was a kid, and he was a Ph.D. Food Technologist at Kellogg's, our
  22. major competitor.  It was hinted on several occasions by managers above
  23. me that I should be careful about my choice of friends - that who I
  24. socialize with could affect my career.  BTW, that friend developed many
  25. major new ideas for Kelloggs.
