- operation was a success, but while she was recovering in the vet hospital, she
- re-coliced and they tried to operate a second time but when they administered

- Thank you for posting this story. It was a difficult decision for me as well,
- but I reasoned that even if Jazzy didn't survive, maybe they would learn a
- little more about that type of colic. I would like to believe that your story
- proved my reasoning was sound and what they did learn from Jazz was used to
- help save Roy. It certainly softens her loss. And I know I would make the
- same decision over again without hesitation.
