Is it the whole ankle that's hurting? Achilles tendon
can be stretched by standing about a yard away from a wall, facing it, and then
leaning forward to touch the wall, stretching the tendon (stand farther away
from the wall if need be). For the ankle in general, tracing out the alphabet
with your toe a few times each day may help (make the letters as big as you can)You might also get results by massaging your feet/ankles after the spinning
session. For severe pain ice the ankle.
