- What you need to do is make sure that when you carry the yarn
- behind what you're knitting, you carry it VERY LOOSELY, much
- looser than you might imagine. Elizabeth Zimmerman's advise is
- to pull the stitches you just knit (the ones in the other color)
- away from the end of the needle. This increases the length of
- yarn that is behind the stitches.
