- I am also looking for information on making boots, and shoes. I would like
- to make some for an 1850s period outfit, that I wear when I work at a local
- historic site. Does anyone know where I can get any books, or magazines
- that would have this info? Are there any news groups that discuss
- historic reenactments (not SCA)?
-
- Also if anyone knows of any catalogs that have period dress items, please
- let me know.
-
- Thanks
