  15. If you are not too attached to the idea of using bell caps and rock
  16. chips, you can consider half-drilled stones with eye screws or anything
  17. else with a pin.  You still have to use epoxy to bond the stones on, but
  18. in my experience, the bonding has been more permanent than with just
  19. bell caps.
