  12. I will be attending the Seibel Institute of Brewing Technology sometime within  
  13. the next two years.  I will then  borrow money with an eye toward a  
  14. micro-brewery or a brew pub.  Is there anyone out there who knows approximate  
  15. prices of new, used, or in-place brewing equipment or facilities?  If yor have  
  16. done it, know someone who has, have read about it, or could point me towards
