- I've got one (early model Metolius) that hangs in my garage, and gets
- intermittent regular use. The thing thats nice about it is available
- when I'm to busy to get out to the rocks. For myself, it does seem to
- have a very positive effect on my climbing ablilty - maybe even more
- positive than bouldering.

- I agree with you about bouldering being far more fun, but Tucson has
- pretty limited oportunities; if I had that kind of access to
- good bouldering that you do, I'd never touch the board, however, I think
- the board is good training, with a more focused emphasis on finger
- strength training than bouldering has.

- That's the great thing about a board - a significant workout only takes
- a few minutes. Put it somewhere where you walk past it several times
- each day, and hange off it each time you walk by it.
