  48. Andy, I think you're way off base here.  This poster wasn't suggesting it's
  49. ok to make sexist remarks, s/he was just pointing out that a dumb remark
  50. made innocently and with the intent to simply be friendly shouldn't be 
  51. treated in the same way as one made with malice.  Read the last paragraph
  52. again.  You don't change behavior by being vicious toward people who are
  53. just trying to be friendly.  Punishment isn't the only way to teach.
