  20. I saw a picture of it in some sailing magazine recently and immediately
  21. thought of a scow. I don't know how anyone could even think of going offshore
  22. (much less alone) in such a craft. I would think a boat like that would be
  23. under every other wave. The deck would have to be reinforced to take all the
  24. green water. I truly hope he is ok but from the looks of it it doesn't seem
  25. real promising.
