- PARTNER WANTED FOR GRAND BANKS 32
-
- I am seeking one or possibly two partners to invest in this fine
- 1973 Grand Banks 32, hull number 392. This is one of the last
- wooden Grand Banks made. This boat, presently berthed in
- Sausalito, is very well equipped and very well maintained.
-
- She is powered by a Ford Lehman 120 hp diesel, with 240 gallons of
- fuel in two tanks. The engine has approximately 2,800 hours. The
- engine has had normal maintenance and inspections with no major
- repairs, and has been very reliable. I have owned the boat since
- 1988. Prior to that the boat had three other owners.
-
- Upgraded electronics were installed in 1989, including:
- ~ Furuno Model 1900 24 mile open-array radar
- ~ Raytheon 570 loran
- ~ Horizon Galaxy VHF
- ~ Furuno FMV 61 video depth sounder
-
- In addition to these new electronics, the boat has two additional
- fathometers, an electronic hailer and foghorn, a 5 watt hand-held
- VHF, a hand-held spotlight, stereo cassette deck, Benmar auto-
- pilot, and an Electro-guard corrosion control system.
-
- In the past three years many systems have been replaced and
- upgraded, including:
- ~ new water heater (AC and engine heat exchange)
- ~ new domestic water pump and filter
- ~ new Grunert 12V refrigeration
- ~ new 4D starting battery
- ~ new 4D deep-cycle battery
- ~ new Lectra-San waste treatment system
- ~ new Groco head
-
- The interior foam cushions and covers are new, having been fitted
- in 1991. New drapes were hung at the same time. The blue color
- of the cushions offsets the finished teak interior very nicely.
-
- Included is an Avon Redcrest inflatable tender with a 2 hp British
- Seagull motor. There are many other extras too numerous to list.
