  31. First boat that comes to my mind is a Cape Dory Typhoon. Does
  32. everything you want except for keel, which is a modified full
  33. keel. It's a sloop with pretty overhangs, big cockpit, takes
  34. an outboard, and decent room below. There were at least two
  35. versions made, one called a 'weekender' and the other I don't
  36. know what it was called. I believe the difference between the
  37. two was one had more spartan accomodations. Today, one or
  38. the other is in higher demand, and if you look into it that'll
  39. be clear pretty quick.

  41. This is a very traditional boat in most every way. You see them
  42. for sale from 3-6K.

  44. There are also a bunch of other boats which would meet your needs.
